BRAIN FIT
Just as you can exercise your muscles, you can exercise your memory, attention, and more. Our Brain Fit program is designed to test your brain and improve your performance using exercise physiology and the science of neuroplasticity.
Whether you would simply like to exercise your memory, attention, and intelligence. Or perhaps you suffer from or wish to avoid several well-known diseases where neurodegeneration occurs, including Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, Parkinson’s, and trauma in which your memory and ability to think and move are affected. Brain Fit trains the brain’s plasticity—its ability to change not just functionally, but physically and chemically too.
Balance & FALLS
Injury from falls is the leading cause of hospitalisation and can have devastating consequences on your mobility, independence, and lifestyle.
Our Falls and Balance Classes are run by our Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapy team, and provide education on fall management and learning to prevent falls. Plus, exercises to improve your balance and strength, and confidence.
KID FIT & TEEN FIT

That is why we encourage movement and fitness through our super fun and engaging classes for children and early teen years. Exercise is an emotional, physical, and character-building practice. It has significant benefits for everyone, particularly children, and has shown to not only improve self-esteem and mood swings but develop strength in muscles and bones and helps manage weight. Our programs provide a foundation for living a healthy lifestyle and teach the benefits of exercise in a fun, safe, and controlled environment.
