FATHERS DAY COMPETITION

The promoter is Geelong Sports Medicine Centre, in collaboration with The Running Room Geelong, Lululemon Geelong, Steigen, GLC Nurtirtion and Fitness Lab. The competition is open to VIC residents, except employees and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations or judging of the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via www.instagram/geelongsportsmedicinecentre or the collaborating companies’ Instagram pages. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Closing date for entry will be Saturday 3^rd September – midnight. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Contestants need to follow the collaborating companies Instagram pages – Lululemon, GLC Nurtirtion, The Running Room Geelong, Steigen, Fitness Lab, GSMC and tag in a father or guardian who deserves a prize. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify entrants of any changes to the competition as soon as possible. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. There are 5 prizes in total to be awarded to 5 separate winners, and these prizes are as follows: Steigen Gift Pack – Value $210, Lululemon Pack – Value $150, Fitness Lab Membership – 6 month only $520, a  GSMC 1 hour remedial massage Valued at $103, and a The Running Company Geelong $200 voucher and a GLC $100 Voucher. The total prize pool is valued at $1283. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Winners will be chosen using the Wask online software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter. The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram and announced on Monday Sept 5^th, 2022, via the www.instagram.com/geelongsportsmedicinecentre/. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Arrangements for prize collection will be made on the Monday  5^th September 2022 from Geelong Sports Medicine Centre. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Any personal data relating to the winners, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
