Team sessions are an excellent way to promote team bonding, aid in recovery, or diversify your training routine through active deloading or group workout sessions.
HYDROTHERAPY, SPA AND ICE BATH
Mondays and Tuesdays, we have team bookings from 6-7 pm for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 25 people at $8 per person. These sessions can be led by a recovery specialist and can either be a light deloading workout or a high-impact cardio session, which is especially popular in the winter season. They also include the use of the ice bath and spa.
On Sundays, we offer 1-hour team sessions for a minimum of 10 people and a maximum of 25 people at
