Pilates
Clinical structure. Genuine progression.
Led by highly trained professionals.
At GSMC, Pilates isn’t a trend — it’s a therapeutic movement approach led by experienced clinicians who understand injury, recovery, and the science of how we move. We offer two distinct Pilates streams – Clinical Pilates and Studio Pilates, both designed to improve strength, stability, and control in a safe, supportive environment.
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or simply wanting to move with greater confidence, our programs are built around your body and your goals.
Rehabilitation with purpose.
Clinical Pilates is a tailored, physiotherapist-prescribed program ideal for those recovering from injury or surgery, managing conditions like instability or back pain, or rebuilding strength after a setback.
Each program begins with a detailed assessment and is continuously adapted as you progress. Sessions are either 1:1 or small group (max 4), progressing to large group , guided by your treating physio, and often integrated into your broader rehab or strength plan. Private health insurance rebates are available for eligible clients.
To begin, book a Clinical Pilates assessment with one of our physiotherapists.
