Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) design and deliver tailored programs to manage injury, chronic conditions, recovery, and physical resilience. Whether you’re returning to activity after illness or surgery, managing a health condition, or building foundational strength, we support your progression with care, structure, and real-world strategies.

What to Expect

Exercise Physiology at GSMC is designed to be structured, safe, and progressive. Every program begins with a detailed assessment, followed by an individualised plan that evolves with you. Sessions may include:

Access to state of the art gym – The Fitness Lab, and the other facilities at GSMC
Movement screening and goal setting
Functional strength and mobility training
Cardiovascular fitness and endurance work
Balance and coordination drills
Lifestyle activity integration
Education on exercise safety and pacing
Ongoing outcome tracking and feedback

Programs are delivered 1:1 or in small, supervised groups depending on your needs. Communication with your doctor or care team is built into our model — ensuring everyone is aligned.

We bring together Allied Health, Sports Medicine, and performance expertise under one roof. That means your Exercise Physiology plan is never siloed — it’s part of a connected, multidisciplinary system that works together to help you move better and live well.

We’re also committed to helping you gain the skills to move independently — reducing your reliance on ongoing appointments while ensuring you feel supported at every step.
