The Active Adults program is tailored to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re managing arthritis, recovering from an injury, or just wanting to stay on your feet longer, we provide movement that feels good and builds confidence.

Small group Clinical Pilates classes (physio-led)
Gym based Group exercise programs – small or large group
Focus on strength, balance, coordination, and joint-friendly movement
Individualised attention within a social setting
Exercises tailored to your capacity and health history
Safe, supervised sessions
